Vivace 2010 Pinot Grigio

A very expressive nose that takes on stone fruits with layers of honey, fig and fruit cocktail. The soft and oily palate opens into bright citrus, apple, and tropical fruit notes flowing into a long asian pear finish.

There is a lot of intensity in this wine - expressive pear and guava fruit, orange blossoms and honey with exotic citrus and leesy notes. The palate echoes those aromas offering pure flavours of peach, guava and lively citrus - it is off-dry but well balanced acidity supports the sweetness. Pair this wine with fish topped with fresh fruit salsa, crab cakes or soft-medium firm cheeses.
