This is our flagship wine. The Jewel in the crown. The fruit was harvested at just over 1 ton per acre. Opaque, extraordinarily dense explosive nose of cassis, cocoa, cigar box and mocha. Huge mouth-coating creamy ripe tannins build to an astonishing finish. This is a breathtaking experience.
Pairing: Pull out your best decanter, stems and serve with the finest cut of meat you can find.
